UNITE FOR TRADE
The programme Value Chain and Sector Synergy Growth Program in Zhytomyr (UNITE FOR TRADE) is aimed at developing entrepreneurship and export capacity in Zhytomyr, strengthening local value chainss from 6 sectors:
- agriculture
- Food/ FMCG (fast moving goods)
- textile industry
- home goods
- construction (renewable energy)
- machinery,

The project's objective: to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Zhytomyr region, supporting stronger companies in their internationalization and creating value chains that allow smaller companies to grow and integrate alongside larger companies.

DELEGATES (you): 12 UA Trainers will train under international mentors to develop structured adult ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) training programs.

Train The Trainer OUTPUTS (December 2025 – March 2026)
UA trainers will:
- design, develop, and validate training materials in English and Ukrainian for the pilot program.
- deliver the program to local companies in Zhytomyr.
Training Structure:
- delegates are divided into six groups, each completing 3 modules.
-delegates will review and evaluate five home assignments per module.
Your responsibility:
- to co-create training materials and tools for the ESG Plan and develop a delivery plan for workshops.

SCOPE of Work:
Al three training modules must:
- be interconnected, consistent, and of equal difficulty.
- enable participants to develop a comprehensive ESG Plan.
- focus on interactive learning sessions, avoiding lecture-based formats.

Co-created Training Materials for ESG Pilot Program mentored by Roger Stent and Maarja Mathias.

Result: ESG Plan based on 9-12 tools, INCLUDING:
1. 3 home assignments: including 3 tools per module
2. 3 workshops´ materials: involving the same 3 tools.
Delivery time max. 5,5 hours per workshop (that means up to 90 minutes per tool)
Delivery plan: detailed timing plan for each workshop
3. 12 training videos: ca 15-20 minutes per tool (in total max.40 minutes video per module)
4. 5-minute short videos: explanation about home assignment.
All training materials and videos will be uploaded to the Talent LMS platform.
Workshop materials: Include tools, delivery plans, slideshows, polls, questionnaires, or tests.
Home assignments: Focused on three key tools per module, contributing to a comprehensive ESG Plan template.
Time Commitment: 6 hours of learning time per week at maximum.

ESG Pilot Program (March-June 2026)
Following the methodology developed during the TRAIN THE TRAINER training, UA trainers will:
- train the participantss over three months.
- conduct 8 online workshops and feedback sessions
All training and mentoring sessions will be conducted online, subject to the evolving situation in Ukraine.

Structure of PILOT PROGRAM:
week 1: opening training materials on Talent
week 2: workshop and home assignments
week 3: HA check and feedback
The training duration will be 3 weeks per module. UA trainers are giving feedback on the best homework, made by participants for their ESG Plan.
The Pilot program will be followed by a Online Forum in June.
